What is functional fertility care, and how is it different from standard OB/GYN care?
Standard OB/GYN care typically checks 3 baseline hormones and, if those come back in range, calls your results normal. Functional fertility care tests 200+ biomarkers across 16 interconnected systems to find what a standard panel is never ordered to look for, then treats the root cause instead of just the symptom.
Do you replace my IVF clinic, or work alongside it?
We work alongside it. We don't perform retrievals or transfers. Our role is to prepare your body's internal environment before a transfer, and to support natural conception for patients who aren't in an active IVF cycle.
How long is a typical protocol?
Most patients spend roughly 90 days in an initial protocol before we reassess. Some see changes sooner. Some conditions take longer to shift. Your Discovery Call is where we give you a realistic timeline for your situation.
I've been told “everything looks normal.” Can you still help me?
That's the most common reason patients come to us. A normal result on a standard panel means the standard panel didn't find anything. It doesn't mean nothing is there. Our testing goes deeper into systems that standard care doesn't check.
Do you work with patients trying to conceive naturally, or only IVF patients?
Both. Some patients work with us exclusively to conceive naturally. Others use us to optimize their body before an upcoming IVF transfer. We build the protocol around your goal.
Why not just do another IVF round?
You can, and for some patients that's the right call. But 4 in 5 IVF cycles fail on the first attempt nationally, and a failed cycle rarely tells you why.
